INTRODUCTION

Strategic planning is one of the most critical processes that impacts the success of organizations. A well-designed strategic plan helps organizations identify their goals and create a roadmap for achieving them. Strategic planning involves analyzing an organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and then setting goals and objectives that align with the organization's mission and vision.

The course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to develop effective strategic plans.
